Return Policy

Defective Products

For products found to be defective within 15 days from date of purchase, return instructions and replacement will be issued by Go Virtual It Store. Online. Some manufacturers require return, replacement or repair be addressed directly by them. If this is the case Go Virtual It Store. Online will provide necessary instruction. Please confirm manufacturer policies prior to purchase by either reaching out to the manufacturer directly or contacting Go Virtual It Store. Online.

After 15 days from purchase date ALL product is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty policy. Please contact the manufacturer directly.

Non-Defective Products

Opened – In accordance with our manufacturer return policies there are NO returns for opened non-defective product.

Unopened (Factory Sealed) – All non-defective, unopened returns are subject to a 20%, $ 40.00 minimum, restocking fee, whichever is greater.

Refurbished – All refurbished products are Final Sale as indicated on our website. No returns will be accepted on non-defective refurbished products.

Return Procedure

Before returning any item, it is necessary to contact our Customer Service Returns Department for return instructions via email to sales@govirtualitstore.online.

Returns must include all original parts and packing materials and a Go Virtual It Store. Online Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, or the return will be rejected. We accept no responsibility for products returned without an RMA number. Merchandise returned to us without a valid RMA number will be refused and shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

RMA numbers are valid for 7 days with a small leeway for shipping times. All approved returns must be shipped to one of our distribution centers. Any returns shipped to our Administration Offices will be refused.

For non-defective returns customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. All returns must be shipped prepaid. The customer is responsible for any additional damage to an item or loss during shipment to Go Virtual It Store. Online. Go Virtual It Store. Online recommends that you send your return via a trackable service with appropriate insurance.

Credits may take up to 10 business days to be processed after receipt of the returned merchandise. A credit will not begin processing until we have received the returned product.

Non-refundable Charges

All fees, including “shipping and handling”, labor, installation services, insurance coverage fees, and “Rapid Replacement” fees are non-refundable.

Packaging of Returns:

All returns, defective or otherwise, must be 100% complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing material, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer’s packaging, contain all blank warranty cards, accessories, and documentation provided by the manufacturer. Incomplete returns, open or used products, or products not in new condition will be assessed additional restocking fees depending on condition and the Go Virtual It Store. Online ability to remarket the returned product. Go Virtual It Store. Online will refuse any return of items missing UPC codes.

Returned merchandise must NOT be physically damaged, including damage due to improper installation or overclocking. This includes any physical alteration to the product, modifications not approved by the manufacturer, bent pins, etc.
